1. To enter the competitions, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry.
2. Entries and sign ups must be submitted via the relevant website links. No email or phone entries will be accepted. This competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. Stonegate Pub Company will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of technical malfunction of any kind.

5. The competition is open to all except Stonegate Pub Company’s employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process. The winner will be contacted directly.
7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry). Winners have 48 hours days to respond to winning entry correspondence. If communications are not responded to within this time frame another winner will be chosen to receive the prize.
8. The decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered about it.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Stonegate Pub Company reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the company’s control makes it necessary to do so.
10. Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonegate Pub Company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stonegate Pub Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Winners contact details will be shared with the supplier/delivery to arrange all prize details and deliveries.

13. Competitions on our brand social such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
